Warranty Information
Ayoub Computers places a strong emphasis on transparency and ensuring that our clients make informed decisions. When it comes to product purchases, we strongly advise customers to delve into the details of the product's origin before finalizing any transaction. This involves determining whether the product is sourced from a local distributor or directly imported by Ayoub Computers from International Vendors. Additionally, customers should clarify whether the warranty coverage is provided by the Brand's International service center or the brand's local service center, if available. Our unwavering commitment to your satisfaction and confidence remains a top priority.
When the warranty is covered by Brand's International service center, it signifies our responsibility for shipping the item back to the service center in the country where it was imported. Our dedicated sales team meticulously explores options on behalf of the customer, which may include waiting until the product is repaired and shipped back, suggesting a replacement with specifications similar to the initially purchased item, or contemplating a partial refund. The decision on resolution takes into account various factors such as the duration of usage, product conditions, and the current value. It is crucial to emphasize that, in such cases, customers have no entitlement to request a full refund under any circumstances.
In situations where the item is sourced from a local distributor, the warranty is covered by the service center designated by the vendor. Customers expressly acknowledge and accept any decision made by the vendor's service center. Furthermore, customers are explicitly informed that they have no right to request additional demands or actions from Ayoub Computers beyond the official reports provided by the brand vendor following the inspection result. This legal provision reinforces the binding nature of decisions made by the vendor's service center, underscoring the customer's agreement to adhere to such determinations.
In the context of products sourced through local distributors, such as printers and monitors, warranties are under the direct coverage of the vendor. Customers are provided with the option to send these products directly to the brand's service center or may choose to engage Ayoub Computers as an intermediary, facilitating and expediting the warranty process. Notably, such products are deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA) solely if the vendor's service center formally reports it as such subsequent to receiving and inspecting the product.
As a reseller, Ayoub Computers can facilitate communication with the service center to speed up the process for customers. However, it's important to note that we do not offer replacements unless initiated by the vendor, strictly adhering to the terms outlined in the vendor's warranty.
In situations where products are imported directly by us or lack a service center presence in UAE, our team will take full responsibility for all warranty-related actions, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.
Additionally, customers are responsible for sending the products to our service center, and Ayoub Computers holds no responsibility for shipping costs or transportation to our service center—these are the sole responsibility of the customer. Moreover, Ayoub Computers is not liable for any data loss during the repair or replacement process. It is essential for customers to back up their data before sending the product to our service center.
